Veracruz, region of culture, fun and adventure.

On a tour of the city of Veracruz, the main points of historical interest are observed, as well as in the city of Boca del Río with its modern hotel infrastructure and beautiful beaches. San Juan de Ulúa has one of the oldest fortresses in the American continent.

To the north of the state are located the archaeological zones of the Totonaca culture. In Quiahuiztlan, on the Bernal hill there are vestiges of the most beautiful pre-Hispanic cemetery of the Totonaca culture. Nearby is Cempoala, an archaeological zone surrounded by rivers in the region. Through the Emerald coast, you arrive at Tajin, the most important pre-Hispanic city where the pyramid of the "Nichos" stands out.

Veracruz also has magical towns that still preserve the culture, ancestral traditions and historical buildings. Papantla recognized by the famous Voladores de Papantla, Xalapa capital city of the State, Xico that is surrounded by green mountains, Coatepec that is characterized by the production of coffee, Alvarado that is distinguished by its rich gastronomy, Tlacotalpan, Orizaba and Fortín de las Flores.

In the town of San Andrés Tuxtla you visit tobacco plantations and cigar factories, very close to there is the Salto de Eyipantla Waterfall that has been the scene of famous movies and commercials. Towards the south of the state of Veracruz is Catemaco, on the shores of a lagoon, an enigmatic and mystical place for the groups of witches and sorcerers who inhabit and perform ancestral practices.
