The operator will pick you up at your hotel where you are staying to start the journey to Sinanché. Entering the world of bees to learn about their work, production and the importance of their presence on the planet is easy: in Sinaché, a community in eastern Yucatan, in southeastern Mexico, a family promotes beekeeping.
Inside the meliponario you can live with the bees and learn about the process of how they make honey and its derivatives such as wax and royal jelly. You can also taste the different types of honey that there are and you will enjoy several workshops in which they will teach you how to make products that they sell and which have different healing properties or health benefits. They also have guided tours, spaces for hiking and biking.

If you cancel 8 days or more to the start date of your tour you will have a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the reserved tours.
If you cancel less than 8 days prior to the date of the tour, the charge will be for the full amount of the tour or contracted Tours.
Being a prepaid rate, when confirming and book your tour, the total charge to your credit or debit card will be made through PayPal.

The Tour Operator will pick you up at your hotel, it only applies to hotels within the historic center of the city of Mérida. If your accommodation is outside the center, you are in an Airbnb or private address, you must go to the meeting point outside the Hotel Gamma El Castellano and be there before the pick up time.
As it is a shared service, there could be minute variations in the pick up times, depending on traffic and weather conditions.
