Departure from Mexico City Historic Center
After pick up, we will head to Coyoacán and Xochimilco for one of the most complete experiences in southern Mexico City: combining colonial history, artistic culture, and lake tradition.
Coyoacán, a bohemian and colonial neighborhood, is famous for its tree-lined squares and cultural atmosphere. Must-see places include the Frida Kahlo Museum, the Leon Trotsky House Museum, the Centenario Garden and Hidalgo Garden, and the San Juan Bautista Parish.
Xochimilco, a World Heritage Site for its canals and chinampas, is a vestige of pre-Hispanic Mexico.
There are no museums on Mondays.
