We will go to your hotel to pick you up to start our journey to Dolores Hidalgo, registered in history as the cradle of National Independence, this being the setting for the early morning of September 16, 1810, when the priest of this place called to the town ringing the bells, it was Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla himself who inherited the craft of pottery and ceramics from Talavera, which today enjoys great prestige, as well as the unusual flavors of the snow from this place.

Atotonilco is known as the Mexican Sistine Chapel for all the pictorial art contained within this beautiful Sanctuary. Its founder, Father Luís Felipe Neri de Alfaro, took on the task for most of his life of leaving an evangelizing work, Years later, at the beginning of the fight for Independence, the priest Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, took the banner of the Virgin of Guadalupe, which became the first flag of the insurgent movement, today it is a place of forgiveness and penance.
