The operator will pick you up at your hotel where you are staying to begin the journey to the Santa Bárbara cenotes, the first cave-type cenote, the second semi-open, the third completely open and the fourth river-type cenote, for people with disabilities there is an elevator that went down to the cenote, being the only place in Yucatán with an inclusive cenote.
To get to the cenotes, the route is by transport called Truck or little trains or done on your own on bicycles.
After the visits to the cenotes, time for lunch at the same restaurant with 100% Yucatecan dishes a la carte.

If you cancel 8 days or more to the start date of your tour you will have a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount of the reserved tours.
If you cancel less than 8 days prior to the date of the tour, the charge will be for the full amount of the tour or contracted Tours.
Being a prepaid rate, when confirming and book your tour, the total charge to your credit or debit card will be made through PayPal.- Services
The Tour Operator will pick you up at your hotel, it only applies to hotels within the historic center of the city of Mérida. If your accommodation is outside the center, you are in an Airbnb or a private home, a meeting point will be assigned.
