Simple trip Airport-Hotel

Transfer service from the Cancun International Airport to the Hotel Zone or Downtown Cancun. If your accommodation is outside these zones, you will be charged a rate difference depending on the distance.
Shared service applies only for arrivals between 08:00 and 17:00.
*Maximum 1 suitcase per passenger is allowed, otherwise, an excess baggage fee will be charged.
Upon arrival, the operator will be waiting outside the airport.
* Maximum waiting time once the flight lands and you have been contacted by an operations executive: 45 to 60 minutes. After this time the service counts as no show and the operator will not wait any longer.

Services

If you cancel 8 days or more from the start date of your transfer, you will have a 10% cancellation fee on the total reserved transfer. If you cancel less than 8 days from the date of the transfer, the charge will be for the total of the contracted service. As it is a prepaid rate, when confirming and reserving your transfer, the full charge will be made to your credit or debit card through PayPal.

Includes:

Ground transportation only to the hotel zone or downtown Cancun.
All taxes and airport charges.
Travel insurance on board.
1 suitcase per passenger is allowed.

For reasons of sanitation and prevention against covid-19, it is prohibited to consume food on board the transport unit.
