How to get to Xplor Fuego?

Non Refundable Rate. Once the reservation is confirmed, date changes, cancellations, or returns are not accepted.

Open Monday to Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Includes:

*Circuit of nine Zip Lines that includes the highest one in the Riviera Maya.
*5.5 km tour through the jungle in Amphibious Vehicles.
*Swim for 350 m of a lava river.
*Row with your hands on Rafts through 530 meters of underground caverns.
*Ribs buffet dinner (there are also options for vegetarians).
*Unlimited drinks (coffee, atole, champurrado and fresh waters.
*Use of locker for two people.
*Rest areas, dressing rooms and bathrooms.

Recommendations:
*You must bring your proof of purchase printed.
*Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and insect repellent; *bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
*Your sunscreens, repellents and tanners should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park. If you do not meet this requirement, at the entrance there is a module where you can exchange them for a chemical-free sample; Your products will be returned to you upon departure.
*Bring cash or card to buy souvenirs or purchase photos of your visit.

The minimum age to enter Xplor Fuego is 5 years old.
Children taller than 1.40 m but under 12 years old must present identification to prove their age.
Some activities have limitations for future mothers.
If you have heart problems, fear of heights, recent surgery, back pain or get dizzy easily, certain activities in the Park are not recommended.
To carry out the Zip Line activity, the maximum weight is 136 kg and the minimum is 40 kg. The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 130 cm and 70 cm around each leg. In the case of children, the harness must be adjusted correctly, otherwise, for their safety, they will not be able to carry out the activity.
